The project involves revamping the existing layout to suit the needs of a growing family.

 

Existing street-facing facade is retained to maintain street character uniformity, whereas the back extension features a completely new facade with clean lines, single pitched roofing and open-plan Living/Dining/Kitchen that extends out to a generous outdoor entertainment decking area. The internal layout is overhauled to allow for clear separation between the communal and private spaces. The living hall features a raked ceiling, which adds height to the space and accommodates additional highlight windows.

 

Painted white bricks for the exterior contrast with the feature dark pressed bricks and the soft timber edge trimming, to further reinforce the clean lines of the building form.
